"With the serial killer trapped in the alley, the cop next to Detective Brania grabbed his radio to call for backup. 'Wait,' Brania said, 'The Plagiarist is a cunning killer, it's true. But he can only borrow killing styles from other murderers; he cannot create. He is the worst of the copycat killers. And that is his weakness. Now, I have read the files of every death in this city of ours and because I have, I know that there has never been a murder of a nude detective running down an alley like this. So that's just what I've got to do. It's the only way we'll get him. He can't shoot me with his gun because the rules he kills by won't let him.'"
