A woman engages in some therapeutic screaming exercises, and a concerned neighbor phones his police friend. After she's done screaming, she needs a glass of water to soothe her throat, but it goes down the pipe and she dies. When the police buddy smashes her door down to help her, he finds her dead. He looks for any possible clues, but there's nothing but the hearsay of his civilian friend. Cautiously and courageously, he takes his friend, whom he suspects of murder, into a dark alley and serves up some justice: execution style.
