A chef loses a bet and can't prepare food using a heat source for one night. It's not a problem until the head of the Anti-Gambling Commission, Adolph Hitler, Jr., bursts into the kitchen demanding to know why he can't get the charbroiled steak he wants. If the chef can't produce a steak in an hour, Hitler, Jr. has promised, yet again, to start a what he calls "Holocaust v2.0 Beta".
